This is a really exciting and critical topic for me because every time I talk about it with my clients or any other conversation people light up and want to know more.
And as much as I would love to wave a magic wand to get rid of all the pain from this, it’s not likely to occur anytime soon.
I think it’s safe to say we are all very familiar with knowing how it feels to be judged by others. Whether we are judged for our decisions, lifestyle, looks, weight, the job we have, how much we get paid, the individuals we choose as our mates--the list goes on and on and on; and being on the other end of judgment is not pleasant at all and actually causes self-doubt, anxiety, and depression.
Most of us live in other people’s heads.
Internally, It makes you feel Anxious. Like you aren’t good enough. Not likable enough. Not smart enough. Not pretty enough. Just not enough!
